My client, based in Coventry, is seeking a HR Business Change Analyst to support a number of key programmes. Reporting to the HR Business Change Manager the key purpose of the role is as follows:
To work within the Programme team to:
* Assist with implementation of Performance Management
* Review and propose changes to the recruitment process
* Assist on recruitment issues
* Assess training needs
* Develop training programmes
* Assist with the development of new job descriptions
Key Accountabilities:
* Reports to the Project HR Leader
* Ensure that organisation charts are kept up to date
* Assist with the development of job descriptions based on the future blueprint and interviews with Directors and Senior Managers
* Develop a training strategy
* Design and conduct training needs analysis activity
* Develop training plan, design and prepare training events
* Implement training programme through "in-house delivery? (train the trainer) and by specifying external training requirements
Person Specification:
* Experience of change and transition projects of a similar nature (essential)
* Proven track record of change management during a time of uncertainty and complexity
* Experience of developing and implementing Performance Management systems. D
* Experience of working in a regulatory environment
* Excellent training and development skills, strong cultural empathy and ability to engage with a variety of audiences
* Able to engage with and operate credibly within the programme team and generally with staff
* Delivery focussed "can do? attitude
* Knowledge of working within the Civil Service and/or Public sector
* Good PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Word skills , familiar with SharePoint
