Uruguay is trying to get out front against the war on drugs, and capture the revenue from the illicit trade.? A plan by Uruguay?s leaders to turn the government into the nation?s marijuana dealer has been presented to Congress, where the idea faces an uncertain fate.? My question is:? If passed, are they prepared for the influx of immigration and tourism?
